Shipping & Returns

United States Shipments:

All items are shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. After we have shipped out your order, we will send a shipping notification via e-mail to assure you that your item(s) are on it’s way.

  • Shipping fees for products will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your shipment.

International Shipments:

All items are shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. After we have shipped out your order, we will send a shipping notification via e-mail to assure you that your item(s) are on it’s way.

  • Shipping fees for products will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Please allow up to 7-21 business days to receive your shipment pending customs clearance.
  • Orders destined to places outside of the United States are subject to regular customs duties & taxes regulated by the destination country.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned item(s) will not be accepted if  worn, washed and/or damaged in any way by the customer. Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item(s), excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, your returned item(s) may be exchange or returned for an online-store credit towards another Aquila Grayscale purchase.

What to do:

  • E-mail us at aquila@aquilagrayscale.org  with subject: Returns/Exchanges
  • State your reason(s) for the given return/exchange
  • Include all your contact info: name, address, phone number, and e-mail
  • Let us reply, and give it a good-to-go status before returning item.

Please Note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please take into consideration that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs that may incur when exchanging or returning item(s).
